I agree with Sinead. Going to this course is definitely life changing and enlightening. You get to talk about things that you have knowledge of but no one has ever really pointed it out or talked about with you. You definitely get to look inside yourself and help learn more about yourself as well. By starting out the day with yoga you also get a relaxing beginning to the class. Krishna is an amazing teacher and definitely knows what he is talking about. He knows how to talk to people in a way that helps them to understand the complex concepts that he is teaching. From doing extensive research he has gained this knowledge preparing for this for such a long time. I had the honor to sit in his first class and even though there were only a few of us we had an amazing time learning not only about ourselves but also the people we were with. It was such a fun class and again Krishna is such a fun guy to be around. I definitely recommend this course to anyone its not focused towards any religion or ethnicity but rather to the general public of ages between 18-25ish. I hope you enjoy this class as much as I know all of us first timers did and if you haven’t taken it yet….take it!
