Medha Jananam, Igniting the intellect, is really a very inspiring workshop that brought a new perspective and outlook to me. I learned a lot from this workshop that I can utilize in my day to day life as well as in my work. I have taken lots of courses in the past 5 years in business, management and leadership. Medha Jananam, in my opinion, is radically different and has broadened my horizon on the Indic philosophies and connected the dots.

It is truly amazing what the Saints and Rishis comprehended and articulated over 5000 years ago; the very concepts that modern world is still trying to comprehend in the 21st century. Since most of the key sacred texts referred to as the Vedas, Upanishad, Gita etc are written in Sanskrit, the ancient historic language that is complicated for a common man who lacks the educational foundation of Sanskrit to understand fully.

Our friend and Guru, Krishna Dhullipalla has done an outstanding job in simplifying the text so that it is truly absorbed by all individuals regardless of race, ethnicity, or culture. It is like “Indic philosophy 101″ or rather “Indic Philosophy for dummies”. It is a great initiative and I sincerely thank Krishna for his mission, vision, dedication, perseverance and last, but not the least, his willingness to go the extra mile to make all of us reache common ground with the help of texts of Indic philosophy. The benefits derived from these texts help us to understand the meaning and purpose of life and make our lives simple, successful, and most importantly happy.

The basic concepts that we learned the Universe, the Gods, energy, matter, idea, media, cycles, four petals, four colors and four paths are really amazing. What fascinated me is that personality traits and strengths were identified, analyzed, and leveraged in Indic Philosophy. I see there is a strong correlation between modern management concepts and theories that we currently being taught and practiced are either inherited or derived from Indic philosophy that has roots 5000 years ago.

Overall, this is a great foundation and I strongly recommend it to anyone who really wants to understand the purpose and meaning of life. I would like to take this opportunity to thanks Krishna for providing me a wonderful opportunity. Also, I would like to thank my fellow class mates who came from different walks of life and shared their views and thoughts to make it more interactive.

To conclude, this is a great program and I would like to wish “Long live Medha Janananm”.
