The workshop on 'Nature oriented Nurture' conducted by Mr. Krishna Sharma was a very enriching and educative session for all of us. It was a 3 day workshop where 16 of us gathered not as teachers and parents but as students. It was an experience in which we as individuals got to know more about ourselves and our personalities. I realized that in our busy schedules we sometimes just forget to think about ourselves, this workshop was like freshness to our mundane routine.

Mr. Krishna started the session with an interesting set of questions to introduce ourselves. It gave each one of us an opportunity to speak, to share and express our view points. It helped us to be more comfortable and interactive with each other during the workshop.

His explanations were rooted in our culture and values which enabled us to connect with the theologies and also practicality of our personalities.

Connecting personalities and behaviors with 'Colors' was the most interesting of the topics of the workshop. The 'Colors' concept explained how each one of us are unique in spite of sharing same fundamentals of human nature. It provided very simple and easy to follow answers to questions related to parenting such as 'how to understand our children and how to build a better bonding with them'.

This workshop really helped me become a better person, a better parent and a better teacher . Thank you Sir for the wonderful learning.
